Instructor:
Myrthe van Noetsele
At HART: Myrthe joined our Instructor team at HART in March of 2019. She coaches our beginners to advanced riders in the disciplines of Show Jumping and Dressage/flatwork. Her ability to use comedy, life scenarios, and motivation helps the students improve their riding style to the best of their ability.
Off the Clock: Myrthe’s horses are her priority away from the HART barn as well as her family and friends. She enjoys training her horses, show jumping and dressage shows, as well as many outdoor activities whenever she has time. A goal Myrthe is working on is to become an eventer soon with one of her Koninklijk Warmbloed Paardenstamboek Nederland (KWPN) horses.
Background: Myrthe’s passion for horses started at an early age. She started riding at the age of 6 in the Netherlands and competed in jumpers and dressage by 7 years old. She was part of a pony Club from 6 – 13 years old and competed every other weekend. She started teaching beginners and summer camps at the age of 16.
At the age of 18 she decided to take the opportunity to study in the USA. Myrthe has 3 associate degrees in Aviation, a bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical science with flight, and is currently working on her Master of Science in Aeronautics. She continued to ride after her short break of riding and has her own horses that she imported from the Netherlands. She is a Sport horse import & brokerage as well as a trainer and instructor.
