AT HART:   Will has worked with the HART organization for several years. He started as a weekend volunteer, cleaning stalls and caring for the horses. His daughter enjoyed lessons, especially with Flick. Occasionally, Will works with the management team to help brainstorm strategic solutions.

OFF THE CLOCK: Will enjoys outdoors activities and visiting historical sites with his family. Some of his favorite activities include skiing, hiking, beaching, and horseback riding. Will is also a member of the Project Management Institute, and a past VP of Programs.

BACKGROUND:  Will comes to us from the high-tech worlds of semiconductors and aerospace. He has traveled the globe as a consultant, and now brings his business expertise to the benefit of HART. He brings knowledge in the area of executive planning and strategic management.

Will’s experience with horses began at The Abbey School in Colorado. As part of his curriculum, he learned western riding, a little gymkhana, and polo. Will fell in love with horsemanship, and some of his fondest memories include “steeple chases” across the Abbey’s fields. It was here that Will learned the fine art of stall cleaning.
